Problem
In India, sports is the neglected subject and students get very less encouragement from parents and teachers for participating in sports activities as much as the focus is on academics. This affects the overall personality development of the students, as it is through sports that students learn various skills required for success in life like team spirit, leadership skills, team bonding, managing a team etc. Hence there is a need to encourage sports.
Objective
To build badminton courts in SWD hostels to develop overall personality of the students
Description
SWD aims to build badminton courts in its hostel for the overall personality development of the students. To begin with, SWD need support (both infrastructure and Trainers) from CSR partners for building Badminton Courts in 150 hostels of the dept. spread across 30 districts
