Qualification: Any Degree (Preferred: Social Work, MBA, Public Administration, NGO Management)
Age Limit: 25–65 years
Reports To: National Headquarters


🔷 2. ROLE SUMMARY

The State President is the highest authority in the state unit, responsible for leadership, administration, staff management, district operations, NGO coordination, and the successful execution of welfare programs.

This role requires leadership skills, communication ability, field knowledge, and strong administrative capability.


🔷 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STATE-LEVEL LEADERSHIP

  • Lead and supervise all organizational activities within the state.

  • Implement policies, guidelines, and welfare programs.

  • Represent the organization in government and public events.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

The State President directly manages:
1️⃣ Chief Operating Officer (COO)
2️⃣ Community Development Officer (CDO)
3️⃣ District Managers (DMs – All Districts)

DISTRICT MONITORING

  • Evaluate district performance reports.

  • Conduct training and review meetings.

  • Approve field activities and budgets.

COMMUNITY & NGO COORDINATION

  • Build partnerships with NGOs and local bodies.

  • Conduct awareness programs and workshops.

  • Monitor field activities and development programs.

REPORTING

  • Monthly consolidated report to National HQ.

  • Weekly review with COO, CDO, and DMs.

🔷 5. JOB DETAILS OF POSITIONS UNDER STATE PRESIDENT

DISTRICT MANAGER (DM)

Responsibilities:

  • District-level NGO coordination

  • Conduct meetings, workshops, field visits

  • Prepare and submit district reports

  • Assist in community initiatives


CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily state operations

  • Supervise documentation and reporting

  • Support State President in planning

  • Coordinate between districts and state office


COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CDO)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach programs

  • Execute community welfare campaigns

  • Assist DMs in field projects

  • Submit weekly status reports


🔷 6. REGISTRATION FEE (MANDATORY)

Registration Fee: ₹3,540

Includes:
