Role Overview:
The District Manager will serve as the key point of contact for NGOs within the assigned district, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, compliance, and reporting. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to social welfare.

QUALIFICATION : HSC PUC BA, BSc, B.com, BE, Diploma, MBA, Mtech, Any Degree
LOCATION : UNDER YOUR DISTRICT UNDER CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
AGE LIMIT : 18 To 65
WORKING HOURS : 9:30AM TO 5PM (Saturday and Sunday Off)
DISTRICT MANAGER JOB DETAILS
- Coordinate with local NGOs for program implementation, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist NGOs in preparing project proposals, maintaining compliance records, and submitting required documents on time.
- Conduct regular district-level meetings, workshops, and capacity-building programs.
- Monitor ongoing projects, assess needs, and provide timely support.
- Liaise between district NGOs and the state/national office for effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of NGO activities, beneficiaries, and impact reports.
- Support NGOs in legal compliances (FCRA, 12A, 80G, CSR guidelines, etc.) where applicable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the district.
